Being a mompreneur on top of being a mom is draining! That’s why mompreneurs especially need to take care of their health and wellbeing. When you work from home, you can fall into bad habits much easier, because you don’t have a boss and coworkers around to keep you from faltering. It is tough to run your own business, because it requires more self-discipline and you lack the motivation from peers.
