Mentoring For Muslim Moms

Are You Overwhelmed & Stressed As A Mom?

I’m sure you’re so tired of keeping it all together and doing everything alone.

Muslimommy

Well, you’ve come to right place!

Salaam my dear sister! I’m Zakeeya, and I was that mom for many, many years. I was struggling to cope with motherhood, parenting, homeschooling, my career, staying healthy, motivated, focused, and multiple other projects that we moms tend to add onto our shoulders.

Everything I needed to accomplish in mom life was an uphill battle, and it took so long to achieve my goals and to see results. My journey was tougher than usual, because I had to do it all with six kids in tow, spaced a year and a half apart, and no parents, family, and friends around to support me. Nevermind that, I attracted a lot of toxic people who would drain my time and energy, because I wanted so badly to feel comforted.

That doesn’t need to be you!

If I had to do it all over again, I would find the help I needed. Someone who would save me tons of frustration, time, and energy, so I could focus on my needs to be the best version of myself, and in turn, a happier wife, mother, and friend. Nowadays, life’s too hectic to do everything alone, and you know what? You don’t need to anymore! Everyone is hustling in some area of their life, so finding support has become a crucial need, especially for moms.

That’s where a coach fits in.

Meet your Certified Life Coach - the helping hand you need with discretion, professionalism, and a non-judgmental manner. A mom of 6 kids, with 17 years of motherhood experience, 9 years of homeschooling and teaching experience, and 15 years of business and blogging experience. Along with my educational background in psychology, sociology, education, information science, and coaching moms for over 10 years, I can offer the help you need.

My specialty for moms include:

  • Coaching motherhood stress, exhaustion, and overwhelm.

  • Coaching moms to discover who they are and what they wish to achieve.

  • Coaching motherhood confusion and burnout from homeschooling.

  • Coaching moms to deal with and heal from toxic people.

What is a Life Coach?

A Life Coach is someone who counsels and encourages clients on matters of personal and career challenges. A Life Coach is not a therapist who focuses on your problems and your past. Instead, she helps you discover your best self, offers encouragement to get you motivated to make positive changes, offers a plan of action, and discovers solutions to your issues and concerns along with you.

What is a Certified Life Coach?

A Certified Life Coach has a globally recognized professional coaching certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF). With an ICF credential, a life coach has demonstrated their knowledge, skill, and commitment to high ethical and professional standards. A Certified Life Coach has completed coach-specific training that meet the ICF's standards.

How will coaching work for you?

Together, you and I will discuss the issues you are facing in your present life. We will chat discretely in one-on-one coaching sessions via telephone (USA) or Skype (worldwide). We will pinpoint your problems and triggers to formulate a strategy. In most cases, I use worksheets and accountability through email/text support to help you to most effectively solve your concerns.
